You’re invited to a 60-minute guided breathwork experience designed to help you process what’s ready to be released—old emotions, stories, patterns, and grief—so you can reset your nervous system and return to your true self.

Through conscious breath, somatic awareness, and a short inner journey, we’ll soften survival patterns and open the doorway to healing, clarity, and rebirth.
